Shipping policy
Return for Refund:
Please contact us by phone at 806-596-4459 or email at shop@6666ranch.com for return information and authorization. Once your return is received, inspected and the refund is approved we will issue a refund for the retail cost of the product. Shipping will not be refunded. Returns must take place within 2 weeks of your order. Funds may take up to 5 days to appear on your financial records. DISCOUNTED / SALE ITEMS ARE ALL FINAL SALE
Exchange:
If you need to exchange your product, please proceed with ordering the product you wish to have through our website. Check out just as you did on your previous order. Please ship your item back to us with a copy of the packing slip. Once we receive your product, we will issue a refund for the retail cost of the product. Shipping will not be refunded.
Refund:
Refunds are only issued for product returned in excellent condition or for product that is damaged in transit when it is shipped to you.
Damaged Product:
If you receive a damaged product, please email photos of your product and box, along with the order number. Four Sixes Supply House must be notified within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.
Lost or Stolen:
If your tracking number shows the product has been delivered, and you suspect the product has been stolen, please email our customer support team with your order number at shop@6666ranch.com
Missing Order:
If your order has never been delivered and you have tracking information, please contact our customer support team at shop@6666ranch.com
